Responsibilities:
You have to work on animations for weapons (first person View) and cinematic animations for Human form. Animators work under the Lead Animator to meet quality and artistic recruitments.
Requirements:
Experience in Animating with 3ds Max
Proven skills in animation of the human form
Ability to animate first person weapons

Self-motivating, Enthusiastic, Energetic
Plusses:

Texturing skills are an advantage
Previously worked either on shipped titles or Mods

Of course you haven't got any problems working with other art departments like texturing and leveldesign.

Experience with 3D programms like 3ds Max, Maya or XSI
Creative, “out of the box” thinking and troubleshooting skills
The ability to work well under direction, as well as conceptualize
Energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated with a strong work ethic and high level of initiative.
